Our product
We sell the Trio Fold Pro wireless charging station. We do our best to describe and picture it accurately, though slight variations in colour or finish can occur.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable; if we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping
Our shipping timeline and delivery guarantee are described on our Shipping page. In short: shipping is free, orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 days, and if your order has not arrived by day 15 you are entitled to a full refund.
If something is not right
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at beambasesupport@gmail.com and we will make it right, typically with a refund. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every order.
Warranty and disclaimer
The Trio Fold Pro is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Beyond the guarantees stated on this site, the product is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beam Base is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our product or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, and any disputes will be handled there.
